Autoresponders Are a Must for Any Business

If you want to better your chances of being successful in your business, having an autoresponder is a must for any business, regardless of what it is. It is the backbone of any business and it does most of the hard work for you.

If you don't know what an autoresponder is, it is a system that has pre-written emails that you wrote or you had someone write for you that you set up to be tied in to your capture page(s). That way when someone enters their information (name and email address), from your ad or website, those pre-written messages start going out to that person. Those messages should give the interested person more information about your product.

The reason for this is, typically when someone types in your url or clicks on one of your ads or websites, they will not buy whatever it is that you are advertising no matter how good the ad is. Now you want your ad to be informative but just enough to where your not telling them everything about your product but enough to arouse their curiosity. This is called a capture page. (Your capturing their name, email address). Ideally, you want to set your autoresponder up to send your new prospect one new message everyday. The industry average for messages sent to a person before they buy your product is 8. So be patient. You can't have too many pre-written messages, I have as many as a 100 in my autoresponders.

The two autoresponders that I use are Response Magic and Aweber, both are very good and easy to set up and both are reasonably priced.

This is one of the best investments that you can make for your business, because autoresponders are a must for any business to succeed.

How To Send An Auto Respond Message

An auto respond message is usually done with an Auto-responder which have been around for years and are still effective today.

When you first counter and auto-responder there is a lot to learn about them, I can remember when I first encountered this about ten years ago and it was daunting to me but not now.

The first thing you need to do when you open an account with a reputable email responder, and there a few of them around, the main one being Aweber is to learn how to use it.

There will be plenty of tutorials and video's on how to use an auto-responder the right way.

It's a good idea to get your email series written first if you find this difficult you can always pay for someone to do this task for you at rent a coder.

In my auto-responder I have done five emails one after the other and whoever joins my list will get these emails one day at a time.

Then I have a series of broadcasts that I send out to my list on a regular weekly basis.

The main thing to remember when setting up your email series is to make your emails sound just like you was talking to someone on a personal basis.

Never send too many offers to your mailing list this will put up a red flag and they will be put off by your offers all the time.

Instead try and giveaway things like free ebooks to your list and helpful content the more you do this the more you will get the trust of your list.

It has taken me a long time to get to grips with an email marketing but once you get to know then your marketing will hit different heights

Sending an auto respond message to your list on a regular basis can earn you big money over time and this is where the money lies in the list.

How to Set Up Free Podcasting

We live in a wonderful age of the Internet's infancy where, if you look in the right places, many things can still be found for free. Web 2.0 is the new requirement of modern websites now adopting to use video, audio and social media to interact with customers rather than having them just read the pages as in years gone by. Visitors to a webpage now expect to take part either by listening to audio or watching videos.

Podcasting is a popular way for companies or websites to interact with customers or listeners. Often very similar to radio, customers download the sound file and by adding it to an iPod or mp3 player they can listen to it when walking, exercising or sitting around the house between TV shows!

To use Podcasting on your website you need to be able to record the sound file, possibly interacting with more than one presenter. You need to be able to take calls from customers, you need to then offer the podcast with an RSS feed so Podcasting directories like iTunes can syndicate it to subscribers and have the embed code on your webpage. If you wish to broadcast live you need to set up a live stream. Even though I know how to do all of this it sounds complicated! Unfortunately I do not have the web programming knowledge to hard code all of these things, so like many other Internet users I hunted for a short cut.

The answer to your problems is talkshoe.com. Talkshoe is a free Podcasting recording website that also allows you to broadcast live as it records. Once you finish recording the sound file shows up immediately in the list of shows or recordings in your archive and customers can either download or stream through their computer. If you need to change something or edit the show you can download the file, clip it with a program like Audacity and re-upload to replace the show. This keeps your archives tidy. There are feeds available to assist you in submitting your podcast to itunes and other directories along with that all important syndication feed and over time people who find your downloads and enjoy them will want to listen live and maybe even call in.

You have options to mute callers when they first connect to avoid some spam callers who try and spoil shows. You can also ban any caller that either swears or acts inappropriately. This keeps you in control of proceedings from the talkshoe dashboard whilst you broadcast.

In order to call Talkshoe and log into your call you must telephone in. When you sign up you get a pin number and personal pin. As soon as you key both of these into talkshoe you are instantly ready to broadcast to up to 250 people at once! Using Skype, depending on where you are in the world there is a small charge for calling Talkshoe. However, the very useful talkshoesupport.com gives you free step by step advice on setting up a program called XLite, which is free to use when calling talkshoe so you can broadcast for free. This way you do not need to worry if you sit for hours rather than minutes interacting with listeners.

When you are entering your podcast details you can create a 300 x 300 logo for your podcast which is automatically re-sized and submitted to iTunes, which looks really smart if you get it right. A simple Photoshop logo works best.

Your talkshoe dashboard tells you how many people are in your chat room for your show, how many listeners you have and downloads are logged and tracked to see who does not listen live but downloads or streams your shows later on. Your scheduled shows appear in the lists of upcoming shows so new users can notice you and tune in.

Using this type of Podcast solution is free and can make an amazing difference to your website hits. Podcasting helps you retain customers and listeners and is going to be very valuable as the Internet develops. Hopefully it is free for many years to come too.

How To Use Top Paying AdSense Keywords To Increase AdSense Revenue

The idea to use the top paying AdSense keywords starts from the fact, that not all AdSense clicks are equal, but the income to the publisher depends on the keyword with which the page has been optimized. Even the slight change in the keyword selection can mean a big income jump, so why not to use the top paying AdSense keywords.

1. How To Find Google AdSense High Paying Keywords?

When the page or blog post will be optimized it is important to find the long tail keywords, which are the so called top paying AdSense keywords. These are related to the page theme and will costs more to the advertiser, than the usual keywords. By doing the selection process carefully you can pick keywords, which can bring even $ 7 per every click versus $ 0,10. Think about the influence on the AdSense income!

2. You Can Optimize The Page To Increase AdSense Revenue And To Rank High.

Why not to hit two flies with one hit. It will require some work to find the related top paying AdSense keywords, but it is just a half way to the success. You need also keywords, the long tail ones, with which you can rank high on the search engine result page. To be able to do this, you have to use a special software, which will show you the competition level of the candidate keyword.

3. It Is Possible To Find The Hidden Gems.

The secret to success is to find the hidden niches, i.e. search terms, which only a few marketers use for the optimizing purposes, but many for the advertising purposes. These marketers buy PPC ads using these keywords. The number of searches per month must be on a healthy level, but the number of sites on these result pages on a low level. Sounds promising!

4. The Optimization Keyword And The Ranking Keyword Form A Winning Joint Venture.

It is always better, if the keyword with which you have optimized the page is the same with which you want to rank high on the search engine result page, because in this way the synergy works best and this system guarantees that the AdSense income is good per click and the number of visitors on a high level.

5. You Can Test The Search Term With One Article.

In the Internet marketing nothing is guaranteed. Only the tests will show, which works and which is doomed to fail. A good trick is to write one article, which is optimized with this particular keyword and submit it to one of the most powerful directories as to the ranking power. This test will show you whether the search term has the competition level, which your actions can beat.
