Autoresponders Are a Must for Any Business

If you want to better your chances of being successful in your business, having an autoresponder is a must for any business, regardless of what it is. It is the backbone of any business and it does most of the hard work for you.

If you don't know what an autoresponder is, it is a system that has pre-written emails that you wrote or you had someone write for you that you set up to be tied in to your capture page(s). That way when someone enters their information (name and email address), from your ad or website, those pre-written messages start going out to that person. Those messages should give the interested person more information about your product.

The reason for this is, typically when someone types in your url or clicks on one of your ads or websites, they will not buy whatever it is that you are advertising no matter how good the ad is. Now you want your ad to be informative but just enough to where your not telling them everything about your product but enough to arouse their curiosity. This is called a capture page. (Your capturing their name, email address). Ideally, you want to set your autoresponder up to send your new prospect one new message everyday. The industry average for messages sent to a person before they buy your product is 8. So be patient. You can't have too many pre-written messages, I have as many as a 100 in my autoresponders.

The two autoresponders that I use are Response Magic and Aweber, both are very good and easy to set up and both are reasonably priced.

This is one of the best investments that you can make for your business, because autoresponders are a must for any business to succeed.

How To Send An Auto Respond Message

An auto respond message is usually done with an Auto-responder which have been around for years and are still effective today.

When you first counter and auto-responder there is a lot to learn about them, I can remember when I first encountered this about ten years ago and it was daunting to me but not now.

The first thing you need to do when you open an account with a reputable email responder, and there a few of them around, the main one being Aweber is to learn how to use it.

There will be plenty of tutorials and video's on how to use an auto-responder the right way.

It's a good idea to get your email series written first if you find this difficult you can always pay for someone to do this task for you at rent a coder.

In my auto-responder I have done five emails one after the other and whoever joins my list will get these emails one day at a time.

Then I have a series of broadcasts that I send out to my list on a regular weekly basis.

The main thing to remember when setting up your email series is to make your emails sound just like you was talking to someone on a personal basis.

Never send too many offers to your mailing list this will put up a red flag and they will be put off by your offers all the time.

Instead try and giveaway things like free ebooks to your list and helpful content the more you do this the more you will get the trust of your list.

It has taken me a long time to get to grips with an email marketing but once you get to know then your marketing will hit different heights

Sending an auto respond message to your list on a regular basis can earn you big money over time and this is where the money lies in the list.

Understanding Commercial Indemnity Insurance

Commercial indemnity insurance is often referred to as either commercial insurance or indemnity insurance. There are several instances when this kind of insurance is used. This type of insurance has the main purpose or focus of protecting business owners against and the staff of a company against being held liable for a wrong doing. These are typically known as instances like malpractice or errors and omissions insurance. So, in other words, if you are part of an organization and a claim is brought against you, this is the type of policy plan that will keep you safe.

Financial industry related businesses often carry this type of insurance. It also helps in cases where company executives need to still get money that is owed to them, even if the company goes under and files for bankruptcy. But, it can also be used in instances involving health insurance. This acts as a bridge to cover the gap when someone is between health insurance policies. It may not cover all expenses and procedures but can help a person still have basic health insurance coverage.

Commercial Indemnity Insurance for Health Insurance

If you can secure the right kind of commercial or indemnity insurance you should try to find a policy that enables you to see any physician in any practice or type of medicine without incurring extra fees, penalties or costs. Like standard insurance, you will usually still be looking at having to pay a copay, deductible or out of pocket costs that are always in place. A copay is the amount you pay anytime you use your insurance for different reasons. So, while a regular doctor's visit might cost you $20 each time, you may pay $50 for any time you visit the emergency room, if the need should arise.

The deductible is the amount you have to meet annually for your insurance to start to cover you. A standard deductible amount, for example, is usually $500. So, you cover all of your expenses until you meet this amount. Generally, the copay does not work towards the deductible amount and even after the deductible is met you will still pay the copay. This should include prescriptions, too. Make sure if you are getting this type of insurance that you fully understand what is covered so you do not end up with expensive medical bills you could have avoided.

Other Kinds of Commercial Indemnity Insurance

Indemnity insurance can also be used to protect a lender of finances for mortgages in instances when the loan is not repaid. While this does, of course, help the lender it is typically the person paying the loan that is paying the premiums. Also, as mentioned before, this type of policy helps protect professionals should a client or patient file a claim that results in lost monies or income from mistakes and fraud when working with them. So, if you are looking for commercial indemnity insurance you should be aware of what kind of coverage and what kind of policy you need to get the best protection possible.

What You Need to Know When Traveling With Your Pet

According to the Air Transport Association, more than 500,000 pets travel by plane each year in the United States of America alone. However, traveling is very stressful to a pet. Imagine the stress you're under when you're traveling and multiply that a thousand times and that's how your pet feels. So, if you're planning to take your pet on your next trip, this article will give you the good, the bad, and the ugly about traveling with your pet.

The Good

You do not have to go through the pain of trying to find a trustworthy pet sitter or try to find a reliable friend/family member who will remember to look after your pet Being able to travel with your pet can set your mind at ease. This means no worrying about how your pet is doing back at home or with a pet sitter while you're on your vacation.

The Bad

Not all airlines are pet-friendly. Some airlines don't allow pets on their flight. Depending on the airline but those that do allow pets on aboard, will often charge around $125 - $250 one way (this also depends on where you're flying to as well). Pets go under a great deal of stress when traveling. There are a great deal of environmental stressors that are present when pets travel on an airplane such as temperature changes, noise, and motion changes.

The Ugly

According to statistics presented by the Department of Transportation, 122 dogs died in cargo holds of United States airlines between May - July 2010. In 2011, 35 pets died while on an airplane with more than half dying while aboard Delta flights. Airlines are not required by law to report pet mishaps such as accidents, loss, and deaths.

Now that you have an idea of what traveling with your pet could be like, here are some things you must know when you do decide to take your pet traveling with you.

Pre-flight Preparations

Because traveling is already hard for your pet, consider other factors that might add more stress for them before making a decision about whether or not to take them with you. If your pet is too old or too young, consider leaving them to a neighbor or family member instead. Same goes if they're in heat or pregnant. Take your pet to the vet for a checkup. This is to make sure that your pet's health is in good condition to travel. Also, get the required vaccinations for your pet before leaving for your trip. You can ask for a health certificate to present at the counter before boarding your flight. Book your flight early. Because different airlines have different policies regarding taking your pets on board, it would be much better to make arrangements early. An easy way to do this is to make an online booking. That way you can learn more about your options not just with their pet policies, but with their prices as well. Airlines have different policies about the size of carriers that they allow inside the cabin. Check with your airline about the size and make requirements before buying a carrier. Remember that a carrier is under the same regulations as that of a carry-on. You can check the FAA policies about rules for carry-ons for reference. Some dog trainers recommend training your pet especially for travel before your flight. Some suggested techniques are putting them on the floor of your car while driving. This gets them used to motion changes which they will likely experience on a plane. Others also recommend using an association scent on your pet such as lavender oil. You can put a drop of the oil on your hands before feeding times or taking them for a walk. Doing so allows them to have a positive association with that smell. So if your pet will be separated from you, you can put a drop of lavender oil on their carrier for them to keep calm during the trip. Redundancy - How a Lawyer Can Help

Legislation surrounding employment is one of the most misunderstood areas of the law. Commonly held beliefs among the general public about what sort of rights employers and employees have in the workplace often do not align with the actual law. For this reason it is highly advisable that anyone involved in a workplace dispute seek the advice of a qualified lawyer.

Knowing how you are entitled to be treated is especially important in matters concerning redundancy law. In an increasingly competitive job market, with many firms looking to downsize and tighten their resources, redundancy has become a fairly common occurrence in the workplace. Thankfully, if you find yourself in this situation you do not have to face it alone. There are a number of reasonably priced advocacy firms out there who will offer advice and even act on your behalf in sorting through any concerns you may have over a redundancy.

The chief issue many employees who have been made redundant have is that they can't help but feel that the decision was in some way personal. Being told you are no longer required at your place of business, for whatever reason, can often come across as a commentary on your character. What many people don't know is that they are entitled to be consulted throughout the restructuring process and kept informed of any developments. If you have been caught unaware by being made redundant, then your employer has, for all intents and purposes, broken one of the rules of redundancy law.

It is your right to have input into any restructuring that involves your position. In addition to this, you are also free to take on legal representation who will act on your behalf. That way they can help find the best possible outcome for you before it even gets to the outright redundancy stage. If it is your intention to challenge any decision to make you redundant, a lawyer can provide you with all the relevant information required to accomplish this. If you so please, they can even negotiate directly with your employer, taking the personal element out of discussions.

Of course, redundancy isn't an area of law that is exclusive to employees. Employers also need advice on how to go about making somebody redundant, while following all required protocol. This will minimise the risk of any substantive accusations of unfair termination, or drawn out litigation being brought against the company.

Aside from offering helpful advice and applying the law to any redundancy matters, lawyers and advocates serve another valuable function in the process. They are there to ensure that the party they represent has a source of support, and can rest easy that no matter what the situation, their best interests are being put forward.
